The Year of the Dragon

We have been learning about the Chinese New Year, which will be celebrated on the 10th of February. We listened to the story of how each year in the 12 year Lunar system is named after the place the animals came in the race. This year is the year of the dragon, so we made paper dragons and coloured a collaborative scene to mark the occasion.
