This week is Fire Safety Week and we have been learning all about what to do in case of fire. We learned that we should never play with fire and that we should get and stay out in case of fire! We also talked about the firefighter and what their job is. We then coloured in, cut out and dressed a paper firefighter.
We have been having lots of fun learning all about 2D shapes and colour this week. We learned that triangles, squares and rectangles have straight sides and corners and that a circle has 1 curved side. We cut out the shapes and used them make pictures of houses, trees...
We dressed up in our Halloween costumes for our sponsored walk around the town. There were Ninjas, Wednesday Adams, Princesses, Superheroes and lots more. We had a great time on our walk and waved to anyone we knew. It was a really fun day in school. Happy Halloween...
