We had a lot of fun doing active Maths activities in class last week. We worked at 4 stations which included “playdoh smash” subtraction, interactive addition games on the whiteboard, dice addition games and magic cubes.
It was a lot of fun moving around to each station and trying each game. Using hands-on activities is a great way to practice addition and subtraction in Maths. We are looking forward to doing lots more fun activities for Maths Week this week.

We had lots of fun getting ready for Halloween in room 9. For art, the children transformed themselves into spooky Frankensteins! They had great fun creating these and getting into the spirit of Halloween!
